Summary
Rosenbaum & Rosenbaum P.C. is seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our amazing team.
This role will provide crucial support to the attorneys with cases from inception to trial. The ideal candidate is organized and knowledgeable in the field of personal injury and familiar with all stages of case management and litigation.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a collaborative environment where they can work alongside the attorneys and gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all stages of case management, from inception to trial.
- Help maintain positive client relations through strong communication and professional conduct.
- Draft and prepare summons and complaints, bills of particular, discovery demands and responses, and motions.
- Prepare and organize materials needed for court appearances, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Obtain necessary authorizations for medical records as well as the medical records.
- Provide general administrative support to the attorneys and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Experience with Filevine is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Education and / or Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
- Associate’s degree required but Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Paralegal Certification is a plus!

This role is full-time and is on-site at our New York City office in downtown Manhattan.
