Job Type : Full-time, On-site
Salary : $16 to $19 per hour
Job Description : As a Data Entry Clerk at Ideaboxpro, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems.
Your attention to detail and commitment to precision will be essential as you work to ensure that our databases are up-to-date and error-free.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in their accuracy.
Responsibilities :
- Enter and update data in company databases with a high level of accuracy
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records
- Assist with data cleanup and ensure data integrity
- Generate reports and compile data as required by management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency
Qualities We're Looking For :
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Basic understanding of databases and data entry procedures
