Are you passionate about patient care and have a knack for coordination? Do you enjoy a fast pace, surgical setting? Our prestigious dental clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Treatment Coordinator specializing in Periodontics to join our team!

About Us :

We are a leading dental practice committed to providing exceptional periodontal care. Our team of experts focuses on delivering personalized treatment plans and outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Patient Coordination : Guide patients through their periodontal treatment journey, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and options. Routinely follow up on patients with outstanding treatment needs.
  • Scheduling : Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and the dental team.
  • Financial Management : Present financials for recommended treatment, process payments, and assist patients with third party financing.
  • Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with periodontists, dental hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

    • Qualifications

  • Dental Administration : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Radiology License (Preferred)
  • Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales Experience : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
