Position Summary : *

As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Nurse Supervisor and the physician chair of the unit, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

You’ll conduct both direct and indirect patient care activities, guide the practice of medical assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses, and assume charge nurse responsibilities.

Your leadership will help ensure compliance with Health Center Policies and Procedures, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, and ANA standards.

• Pay : * $34.00 - $52.00 hourly (DOE)
• Shift : *
• Monday through Friday *(No weekends)*
• 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM (1 day rotating to 12 : 30 PM - 8 : 30 PM)
• 12 : 30 PM - 8 : 30 PM (1 day rotating to 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM)

• Key Responsibilities : *
• Conduct nursing assessments and triage patients, gathering vital data and history.
• Collaborate on treatment plans with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement individualized care plans to achieve outstanding patient outcomes and advocate for optimal care.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatment and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Effectively supervise and delegate tasks to medical assistants and LPNs.
• What We’re Looking For : *
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• RN degree from an accredited nursing school and current CPR certification.
• Preferred : Three years of experience, including at least two years in adult and pediatric acute care and medical / surgical settings.
