New York Life and NYLIFE Securities are currently seeking experienced managers from any industry to join our Partner Path program.

If you have led teams with dynamic change management or coached individuals to greater results, you have an opportunity to become a licensed financial advisor and may be selected to become a Partner in our Charlotte General Office.

By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria.

Compensation :

$100,000 - $150,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a personalized strategy aimed at increasing customer acquisition and boosting visibility for financial products and services tailored to meet clients' requirements.
  • Employ a variety of financial solutions including investments, life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care, annuities, and mutual funds to provide appropriate monetary recommendations to clients.
  • Upon fulfilling the program criteria within twelve months, candidates will be eligible to join the Associate Partner Training Program on the Partner Path.
  • As an Associate Partner, establish, educate, nurture, and grow a team of financial advisors.
  • If promoted to Partner, responsibilities will involve training, nurturing, and expanding a network of sales professionals who will enjoy the perks of working for a Fortune 100 company, competitive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a fully funded pension plan (subject to eligibility criteria).

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning or advising or management, sales, or recruiting is required for the candidate.
  • Series 6 / 7 and 63 / 65 or 66 licenses are ideal, or a candidate with leadership experience willing to become licensed (paid) within the first 6 months.
  • Strong track record of client acquisition and retention.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; leadership skills, motivation, goal orientation, communication skills, integrity, and team spirit are essential qualities expected from the candidate.
