About The Position

A School Based Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

Popular attractions in Central Indiana include Indianapolis Zoo, Eagle Creek Park, and many more!

The position is expected to start within about 30 days, with a focus on finding someone as soon as possible. The role requires 20 hours of work per week, during the facility's operating hours of 8am to 3 : 30pm.

Candidates must hold an active Illinois License, Illinois CSR, and Illinois DEA. COVID or flu vaccination is required, and the job involves using the EClinicalWorks EMR system.
