Elite Sports Clubs, Milwaukee's premier recreation and fitness company, is searching for a talented Certified Pilates Instructor to join our esteemed team.

Role Highlights :

  • Lead Pilates Sessions : Guide clients through safe and effective Pilates workouts, catering to their individual needs and goals.  Create Dynamic Workouts : Develop innovative Pilates routines that keep clients engaged and motivated to reach their fitness aspirations.

Provide Expert Instruction :

  • Offer clear and concise cues to ensure proper form and technique, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.

    • Build Relationships :

  • Establish meaningful connections with clients, offering guidance and support on their fitness journey.

    • What You Bring :

  • Certification : Hold a valid certification as a Pilates instructor from a recognized organization.

    • Experience :

  • Have previous experience teaching Pilates classes, with a strong understanding of anatomy and movement principles.

    • Passion :

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for Pilates and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

    • Communication Skills :

  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire clients.
