JOBSUMMARY

Responsible forputting away inboundproduce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receivesand puts away all inbound produce.
• Ensuresproduct is put away in proper rotation(FIFO).
• Safe operation of powered industrialequipment.
• Ensures selection slots are properlystocked with the product always keeps pallets free from tape, wrapor wires and remove empty pallets asneeded.
• Responsible for the cleaning andsanitation of the work area.
• Accounting for thereceived product.
• Other duties as assigned bysupervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

PreferHigh School orGED

Experience

Six(6) months experience in awarehouse.

• Six (6) months experienceof proficiently utilizing a stand-up forklift and riding palletjack preferred.
• Basic knowledge of freshproduce preferred.
• Experience in replenishment,cycling of product, RF (radio frequency) scanners and other returnsrelated functionspreferred.

Skills

• Musthave strong reading, writing, and be able to read, write, and speakEnglish fluently.
• Ability to perform workassignments at an acceptable productivitylevel.
• Able to effectively communicate andinteract with others in a professionalmanner.

PhysicalDemand

• Stand forextended periods, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn thebody, and walk.
• Lift and move cases (selectinga product and placing on a pallet) ranging in weight up to 75 lbscontinuously to and from heights ranging from floor to knee, waist,shoulder, and overhead.
• Use hands and fingersto peel and stick labels on cases.
• Handle andfeel objects and / or equipment controls; reach with hands andarms.
• Must have the ability to talk and hear;must be able to hear warning horns on moving machinery andequipment.
• Specific vision abilities requiredto perform this job include close and distance vision, depthperception, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability toadjust focus.
• Must exhibit a high level ofendurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform theposition.
