A distinguished provider of HVAC, plumbing, and boiler services is currently seeking a Lead Dispatcher to efficiently manage their service coordination and customer follow-up processes.

This key role is akin to that of an assistant project manager and requires a candidate who exhibits a high degree of independence, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

The Lead Dispatcher will be the organizational linchpin, ensuring that all service calls are managed expertly and that the project board is always current and accurate.

Lead Dispatcher Job Responsibilities

Independently manage and prioritize all incoming service calls.
Conduct thorough follow-ups with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Keep the project board meticulously updated with current and upcoming projects.
Act as a self-starter, taking initiative in a dynamic environment without the need for constant direction.

Qualifications

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
Previous experience in a dispatch, project management, or similar role is preferred.
