EXPERIENCED PLUMBERS NEEDED :

AGP is a family-owned, family-oriented plumbing and general contracting company that is seeking experienced plumbers to join our team. We offer FULL TIME work with NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS, NO ON-CALL, and NO COMMISSION SALES — just solid pay for solid work. We believe a good work / life balance makes for a happier employee and a more cohesive team.

What We Need From You :

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the plumbing field
  • Proficient in using all plumbing tools and equipment
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting / manual labor tasks
  • Current CA Driver’s License
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary

    • Responsibilities / Requirements :

  • Able to follow directions and communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and staff
  • Possess skills needed to troubleshoot problems, develop solutions, and complete work in a safe and effective manner
  • Able to work independently or as a team and take responsibility for the quality of your work
  • Must always show respect for our customers and their homes and present yourself in a manner consistent with the company’s image and values

We have a local office that provides flexibility for our technicians to purchase materials necessary for the job on a purchase order (PO) basis. As a volume-driven company, we rely on our skilled employees to know their trade and efficiently handle their duties in the field, while our office team excels at providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
