What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Lead teams to develop and implement policy guidelines, report templates, and program documents in compliance with federal regulations
- Manage relationships with subrecipients and ensure clear communication of reporting requirements
- Monitor and track program delivery and internal operations to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse
- Provide technical assistance to clients on managing federal recovery grants
- Develop program performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and ensure timely delivery of project updates
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years’ experience in federal grant management, with 2+ years in program compliance related to US Treasury Funds
- 2+ years’ experience as a project manager
- 3+ years’ experience applying 2 CFR 200 regulations or holding a Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) Certification
- 2+ years’ experience developing content for presentations or manuals for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s Degree in public policy, business, finance, or a related field
- Experience managing federal grants exceeding $50 million
- Familiarity with the entire grant life cycle and performance management
- Background in engaging with non-profit organizations, housing authorities, or public health organizations
- Experience working with state or local governments, Tribal governments, or rural areas
