The Role
- Develop brand communication which effectively reflects the objectives in order to build brand equity.
- Provide brand direction to develop and execute product and marketing programs to build awareness and increase sales.
- Develop Brand strategies based on consumer insights from consumer research and trackers.
- Review market research to anticipate competition, monitor competitor’s activities and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions.
- Coordinate with marketing support department to develop advertising and promotional programs, pricing, positioning, and packaging.
- Monitoring, planning, and coordinating product launch.
- Guide creation of product portfolio.
- Evaluate and analyse program results and present recommendations for changes in strategy.
- Create and implement annual plans and activities to meet the short- and long-term objectives.
- Implement price revisions to meet agreed gross margin targets of relevant stockkeeping units.
- Conduct consumer research whenever required based on brand issues and opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing.
- Other professional qualifications.
- 5 full years of marketing / brand building of FMCG products.
- Strong business acumen.
- Competent IT skills.
- Ability to produce top quality corporate reports.
- Dedicated and hard working.
- Strong team player
