Our client is looking for Salesforce Specialist located in the Toledo area.

Position Overview :

The Salesforce Specialist will be integral to advancing our deployment. This role combines elements of a technical project manager, administrator, and data analyst.

The specialist will oversee daily configuration, support, maintenance, and development of our CRM platform and associated applications (such as Pardot, Maps, and S-Docs).

Additionally, they will conduct data analysis tasks, including cleansing data connections and consolidating redundant data systems.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations while adhering to best practices, maintaining code documentation, and creating and maintaining test classes for custom development.

Contribute to evaluating, scoping, and completing new development requests.

Manage user setup and account maintenance for all regions, along with handling routine tasks.

Lead and execute development projects as needed.

Establish connections between global business systems to ensure a comprehensive view of information and data, following directives from the Global Salesforce Administrator.

Collaborate independently with members of the global user community to define and document enhancement requests and development requirements.

Assist in training new users and introducing new features to enhance the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.

Support system administrator tasks for Salesforce.com as instructed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.

Conduct routine internal system audits and execute necessary upgrades as directed by the Global Salesforce Administrator.

Aid in maintaining the Salesforce platform by staying updated on new features and releases.

Minimum Requirements :

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have one or more years of experience in Salesforce.com development.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Apex, Salesforce APIs, AWS, SQL Server, SQL, SOQL, MuleSoft, and Pardot.

The ideal candidate should excel in process and project management, demonstrating a track record of enhancing processes and increasing adoption within the Salesforce.
