Corporate Recruiter

Pay Rate : $38 an hour - $48 an hour

Location : Houston, Texas

Hours : Hybrid; Monday-Thursday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Friday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm

A client in Downtown Houston, Texas is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with experience in construction, engineering, or architecture.

Responsibilities :

• Source candidates and review resumes utilizing various recruiting methods and platforms.
• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and maintain the applicant tracking system.
• Create job postings.
• Make and negotiate offers.
• Onboard new hires.

List Qualification or Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related program.
• Experience in recruiting for the following industries construction, engineering, or architecture.
• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting.
• Must be adaptable and flexible.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience using MS Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or HRIS.
