Job Overview :

Schedule patient appointments, physician referrals, and classes Manage electronic call schedules and overhead announcements Respond to general inquiries, emergency calls, and activate response teams Activate MyChart accounts and assist callers Demonstrate strong communication, grammar, and computer skills Multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Required Certification / License / Experience : High school diploma. Business background with direct customer-related contact experience preferred.
