Role Overview
As a life insurance agent, you will help individuals and / or businesses select and purchase life and supplemental health insurance policies that help provide financial protection against various risks.
We are looking for candidates experienced in client interactions, relationship building, and sales.
What You Will Do :
- Prospect leads and contact potential customers from our dynamic lead sources
- Set appointments in our CRM based on mutual availability
- Present company products and services to new and existing customers
- Tailor policies based on customers' unique needs
- Maintain relationships with clients by answering questions, auditing coverage, conveying product updates, and ensuring claims payouts are delivered
- Learn from industry veterans by attending company-sponsored trainings
- Network with other industry professionals to learn new methods and strategies
- Compete in monthly, quarterly contests for rewards like trips, contest, and bonuses
