We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, profit loss management, and business development.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of store managers and staff across multiple locations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and training to store teams
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proven experience in sales, profit loss management, project management, and business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience supervising multiple locations is a plus
