Commercial Attorney (Chinese Fluency)

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (Fluent in Chinese).

Key Responsibilities

Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs and general sales agreements in the automotive and electronics sectors

Support on SaaS agreements and MSAs for procurement

Handle assignments on an ad hoc basis with a 2-3 day turnaround for each matter

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Chinese

Working knowledge of Chinese law

Experience in commercial contracts, particularly in automotive and electronics sectors

Ability to manage assignments flexibly and remotely

Legal degree and relevant experience as a commercial attorney or contracts manager
