Position Overview :
Psychiatry Medical Director needed at a large community development organization.
Responsibilities :
- 90% Clinical - 10% Administrative responsibilities
- Oversee 4-5 M.D.'s and 4-5 Advanced Practitioners
- Carry a caseload of patients
- Handle supervision of staff and quality management
- Complete administrative reporting
- Provide medical services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy
- Refer to other physicians if physical problems are suspected
