Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee the technical success of digital privacy products and the professional growth of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to ensure high-quality production of digital privacy products

Participate in design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews to guide the team

Contribute to the open-source OpenTDF project and drive continual improvement in the software development process

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience managing a cross-functional engineering team of 5 or more

Minimum of 5 years as a hands-on Software Engineer in languages such as Go, Java, or C++

Proven expertise in software architecture and design patterns for scalable backend services

Strong understanding of Agile development principles

A hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring engineers
