Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! Responsibilities may include working with teams, working in a retail setting, and ongoing training.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of interpersonal communication.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Collect payments
- Issue receipts to customers
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product sales and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
