Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for Marketing Managers for a rapidly growing cannabis hardware company in Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the Americas, Middle East and European markets.

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for a fast-paced cannabis hardware company.
You will get the opportunity to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, leading the development of brand positioning, messaging, while driving the creative direction to ensure alignment with the company values.
You will bring your ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform market strategies.
You're known for your ability to work closely with product development teams in the launching of new products. In this role, you will also develop and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and support for your team's success.
You bring with you at least 2 + years of marketing experience in the cannabis or manufacturing industry, preferably working on vaping or other smoking devices.
You have experience overseeing marketing budgets, measuring the performance of campaigns and providing regular insights to senior leadership.
You're data driven, which allows you to leverage new technology and analytics solutions (ie Google Analytics) to transform marketing infrastructures and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns.
Ideally, you also are well-versed in SEO and know how to navigate the complexities around using social media for a cannabis-oriented business.
The ideal candidate will also be able to speak conversational Mandarin.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000 + Bonus
