Job Overview
Walmart Connect is seeking a Sales Systems Project Manager in the Sales Strategy and Enablement Team. This role is vital for driving the requirement gathering, design, and deployment of sales tools and systems that enhance productivity, operational rigor, and compliance.
The position involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, learning and development, and sales performance, to support the sales organization in meeting supplier and partner needs.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with complex tools (Salesforce, Placements.io, DocuSign) and possess a strong understanding of the media industry, agency landscape, and ad tech ecosystem.

- Empower the sales organization to excel in meeting partner and supplier needs.
- Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Engage with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to plan, track, and report on projects.
- Independently manage end-to-end Sales technology projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on resource assessments and capacity planning.
- Facilitate issue prioritization, root cause analysis, and stakeholder updates.
- Deliver instructional and supporting materials efficiently.

- 4+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-department projects.
- Expertise in traditional and Agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project support tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL and data extraction.
- Ability to gather business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Competence in managing core Sales Operations processes.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced knowledge of data mining and proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279 : The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401 : The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
