The Mission Ahead

Under direct supervision, assigned daily work. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.

Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.

Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Who You Are

With general autonomy, manages significant government services project(s) within the scope of general financial / administrative functions or program guidelines set by the Program Manager.

May be responsible for multiple projects oversight.

This role will be located in Chantilly, VA, and will be expected to travel between our facilities in Chantilly and Springfield, VA.

T his position is expected to be onsite 100%.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Operations Manager, you will :

Oversee daily activities across functions, managing department heads.

Implement operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.

Analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Engage with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.

Maintain Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.

Facilitate Team Communication : Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Other duties as required

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

10+ years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.

Deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

Strong strategic and performance management skills.

This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) U.

S. Security Clearance with a Polygraph is required to start.
