Responsibilities :
- Human resources planning
- Job analysis and design
- Maintaining work culture
- Recruiting candidates
- Processing payroll
- Updating workplace policies
- Maintaining employee records
- Implementing performance appraisals
Skills :
- Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, including employee relations
- Ability to collect and analyze data to support HR initiatives
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
Pay and shift details :
- Monday to Friday
- Pay range : $25.00 - $30.00
