Overview

Bartender is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to guests' satisfaction.

Pay Rate : $16.50 / Hour, Plus Tips opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with accurate information regarding menu items, prices, and allergens
  • Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
  • Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately
  • Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and according to specifications
  • Replenish stock during the shift as needed
  • Move furniture and maintain bar setup as directed
  • Verify guest age (21+) before serving alcohol
  • Support service of food when required
  • Follow precise drink recipes and organize service
  • Respond to guest concerns or complaints, escalating to management when necessary
  • Comply with safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
  • Maintain safety standards and perform opening / closing duties
  • Process payments and close guest checks accurately
  • Manage cash handling and ensure proper accounting
  • Keep work area clean and report hazards or equipment issues
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 21+ years of age
  • State-required work cards (where applicable)
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Strong beer and spirits knowledge
  • Proper lifting techniques
  • Guest relations, sanitation and safety, safe alcohol service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
