We're hiring for a BCBA at our treatment center in Richardson, Texas (North Dallas)

Qualifications :

Required : Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

Required : Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).

Required : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.

Desired Traits : Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Compensation : $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.

Includes 10K Sign-On Bonus.
