Pay : $24-$28 / hour ; Overtime : $36-$42 / hour (Overtime is available)
Shift : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm (Monday-Friday)
Location : Fairlawn, NJ
Job Description
- Ensure accurate inventory level of all components in the inventory system compared to physical inventory.
- Utilize ERP / Warehouse Management Inventory system and / or Microsoft Excel Experience
- Build kits of electronic components using work orders, that will be sent to final assembly.
- Inventory tracking, cycle counting, and managing inventory.
- 75-100 inventory transactions daily.
- Use inventory system to close work orders and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Validate inventory deductions from the system and physical inventory for work orders derived from BOM.
- Set minimum stock levels with engineering and production, and re-order when required.
- Create and use reports from the inventory system daily to ensure physical and system integrity.
- Understand consequential actions, such as performing inventory deductions for units placed into MRB or to be scrapped.
- Raise requisitions for replenishment and monitor procurement lifecycle through to receiving and stocking in-house.
- Liaise with production and engineering to ensure requirements are met.
- Ensure close contact with finance to maintain financial integrity.
- Manage consignment inventory for customers.
