Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) needed in Allentown, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that's committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($106,852 - $150,351.49 / year)
• Incentive Plan Annual Bonus up to 18% base salary
• Starting Bonus - $10,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
• Retention Bonus - $10,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities

• Monday Friday (8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm)
• On-call as needed
• Educate patients and their families on preventative care & prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan
• Providing care to patients of all ages

Requirements

• Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
