A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, remote position.Key Responsibilities : Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior techniciansDevelop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorderConduct initial and annual assessments of clients, develop individualized behavior and services plans, and provide parent / caregiver trainingRequired Qualifications : Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 2+ years of experienceMaster's degree in Special Education or related human services fieldAbility to work afternoons, evenings, and / or weekendsAbility to work with diverse populations and exercise confidentialityMust possess good judgment and decision-making skills
