Senior Technical Regulatory Compliance Engineer

Mossville, IL or Tucson, AZ — Full Time (remote option may be available). Productive Resources ( www.productiveresources.com ) is seeking a candidate to join our engineering team at our customer's facility in Mossville, IL or Tucson, AZ. As a member of our Electrification team, you will support deployment of Dynamic Energy Transfer (DET) systems across multiple mining haul truck platforms. This role ensures our products meet global regulatory standards and customer expectations for compliance and readiness.

You'll lead efforts to review, interpret, and apply international standards—such as IEC, ISO, ABNT / NBR, and AS / NZS—to support product certification and deployment. Working closely with internal design teams and subject matter experts, you'll develop technical documentation and audit frameworks that accelerate regulatory alignment and customer acceptance.

Duties

• Review and interpret global standards including ISO 14990, IEC 60204-1 and -11, and other standards relevant to electrified mining equipment.
• Develop and maintain Technical Construction Files (TCFs) using internal compliance audit templates.
• Build comparison matrices between overlapping standards to streamline audit efforts and reduce duplication.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and SMEs to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into product design and validation workflows.
• Support regulatory readiness for customer deployments, particularly in South America.
• Participate in weekly check-ins and milestone reviews to ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with internal processes.
• Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and proactively update documentation and compliance strategies.
• Accelerate Deployment : Support timely customer acceptance of DET systems by ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Standards Expertise : Bring specialized knowledge to interpret and apply complex international standards.
• Project Milestone Support : Contribute to the safety and regulations workstream for ultra-class haul truck DET deployment.
• Cross-Functional Integration : Work with internal teams to embed compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
