Position Overview : This position will provide project management services for healthcare projects, including AHCA compliance and commercial and healthcare renovations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide project management services for healthcare projects, including AHCA compliance and commercial and healthcare renovations.
- Develop project plans and timelines, as well as ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and consistently meet quality standards.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and other resources to ensure that projects are completed as efficiently as possible.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential risks, issues, and challenges.
- Ensure that projects are completed with an emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Track project costs and budget.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Must have : AHCA experience.
- Nice to have : Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Renovations, Commercial Renovations, and Healthcare Renovations knowledge.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of project management software and techniques.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- PMP / PMI certification a plus.
