Responsibilities
Client Support : Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions.
Issue Resolution : Address client concerns and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Upselling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs.
Communication : Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding their policies and coverage.
Requirement
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Organization : Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team Player : Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members.
Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
