Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, delivery, and governance of the External API Platform. This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering, and 'gateway' teams. The Product Manager will help manage backlogs, partner with engineers and architects, and ensure our API platforms are scalable, automated, and secure. Operating in a highly collaborative environment, you will translate business and application needs into product roadmaps that enable reliable API services across AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, and on-premises platforms.

Key responsibilities include :

• Accountable to drive product strategy, vision, and backlog management for the API Platform
• Use customer feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights to inform product direction.
• Define and manage metrics to measure the success of API Platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to optimize how engineers will create, use and share 'APIs' across large, diverse populations.
• Engage in validation activities to ensure product strategies address customer and business needs.
• Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and prioritize backlogs.
• Support automation, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to improve service scalability and reliability.
• Ensure successful execution of standards and governance requirements.
