A multi-site FQHC / community health center in Springfield (SE Vermont) is hiring, and NEW GRADS are encouraged to apply.
Join a certified Medical Home and an established behavioral health team with over a dozen providers. Partner with primary care providers and offer progressive services with a focus on accessibility and patient care.
Provide consultations, make risk assessments, and manage short term interventions that include psychopharmacology stabilization.
