Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative :
- Must possess the ability multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Have a Property / Casualty and Life / Health license(or obtain in the first 90 days)
- Be trustworthy, dependable, and ethical.
- Must be coachable.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be motivated and determined.

Responsibilities
As a Service Representative you will :
- Work closely with our Producers to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our clients
- As a CSR your responsibilities will include answering billing questions, assisting with claims, updating client files and coverage
- You will assess risk and coverage, review, and update policies
- Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and general correspondence
- Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, process payments and monitor accounts receivable
Requirement
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and oral / presentation skills
- Desire to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses.
- Currently possess a property / casualty and life / health insurance licenses or be able to obtain within 90 days.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Organizational Skills a MUST
- Must be willing to work in a high energy environment
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to constantly learn and grow as an individual
