Location : Pleasanton, CA

Pay Range : $110,000 - $120,000 / yearly

This role seeks a seasoned Sr. Staff Engineer : with expert knowledge in designing, implementing, and leading architectural solutions for eCommerce Supply Chains, focusing on warehouse management and automation systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large projects from the discovery phase through implementation, ensuring cutting-edge, resilient, and scalable systems.

Collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and continuous technology innovation form the backbone of this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead the implementation of Warehouse Management and Automation systems, ensuring modern, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Conduct high-level architecture and design during the discovery phase of major projects.
• Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional architecture teams to deliver comprehensive architecture and design solutions.
• Define and manage functional architecture for one or more domains within the supply chain ecosystem.
• Ensure alignment with latest technology trends and standards, focusing on cloud solutions, IoT, mobile, and AI, among others.

Must-Have Skills :

• Proven experience in cloud-based architecture, especially in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in developing for eCommerce platforms, with a particular focus on Supply Chain and Warehouse Management systems.
• Expertise in full-stack development, particularly with NodeJs, JavaScript, Angular, or React.

Industry Experience :

• Extensive experience in the eCommerce, Retail, or Merchandizing domain, with in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan, INFOR EXE) and Automation Systems (e.g., Symbotic, Dematic) is highly desirable.
