Job Purpose
To deliver process improvements as well as execution of specific improvement efforts to realize gains in quality, delivery and cost across the NE Electric organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Support functional business plan development and roadmap to meet end-to-end (E2E) process performance objectives and targets as well as Capital Efficiencies and benefits.
- Provide process review and focus on continuous improvement across NE Electric teams for non-digital & non-capital projects.
- Provide leadership across all value streams acting as key liaison to Electric Transformation team for process improvement and implementation support
- Acts as a catalyst for change management and developments excellent stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change.
- Facilitate and drive cross functional process working group sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Implementation, monitoring and tracking of best practices to drive culture change in process and execution.
- Monitor & report on Project Health to NE Electric Leadership
- Other duties as required to support process & change management in the NE Electric Organization
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience with dealing with senior executives and leaders throughout the organization
- Proven leadership experience implementing change across diverse organizations
- 5+ years’ experience in electric operations, project management, utility construction, process improvement, or equivalent relevant experience
- CEE Certification / PMP desirable in formal Process Excellence experience with proven track record successfully implementing process change
- Professional certification desirable (e.g. CEE, Six Sigma, etc.) in formal process / efficiency excellence with proven track record in implementing process change
- Influential, energetic and enthusiastic business professional, with the drive, ambition and resilience to effect positive change.
- Valid driver’s license required.
