A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with consumers via inbound telephone calls and provide prompt resolution to inquiries
Document and update records accurately in required systems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and company policies, and provide feedback to management on potential improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Previous customer service and / or call center experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Quiet, dedicated personal space to work remotely with required internet speed
