Must have 2 years of Discharge Planning and Utilization Review experience.

Qualification and Requirements :

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• 2 years of experience as a Discharge Planning and Utilization Review Registered Nurse (RN)
• American Heart Association BLS
• An active, current (OR) state license or reciprocation if applicable
