About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 4x8 - 8am - 4pm, 32 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 30 Hours Experience : Minimum of 1 year outpatient experience or consideration for new graduates with appropriate clinical rotations License : Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy Certifications : Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association Must-Have : Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE;
experience with documentation utilizing an EMR Job Description : - Be part of a team managed by therapists, offering a dynamic patient caseload focused on general orthopedics, manual treatment techniques, and evidence-based care.
- Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services to patients with a personalized approach.- Document progress and provide accurate and timely documentation for the current patient caseload.
- Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and communication.- Conduct patient and family education to support the therapy process.
- Work in a state-of-the-art gym with advanced equipment and technologies providing 1 : 1 patient treatment.- Operate with flexibility by choosing a 5 days / week or 4 days / week schedule.
