Job Description
Compensation Range : $65,000-85,000 / year based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives are also available.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer serviceImplement company policies, procedures, and best practicesLead and motivate store team members, including training, scheduling, and driving productivityManage inventory, including control, ordering, receiving, and loss preventionAssist in meeting sales targets and executing promotional strategiesMaintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standardsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionallySupport cash management and accurate financial reportingParticipate in ongoing training to develop management skillsFoster a collaborative and high-performing team cultureUse data and insights to implement strategies that boost sales and enhance guest experienceEnsure operational excellence and compliance with company standardsQualifications
1-2 years of retail or related industry experience; supervisory experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferredStrong customer service and sales skillsExperience with inventory management and loss preventionCash handling skills and familiarity with POS systemsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeLeadership and team-building abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsAdditional Information
