We are seeking a General Labor on the Plant Team for our customer, County Prestress & Precast LLC located in Romeoville, IL.

Job Duties :
- Steel Fabrication
- Concrete placement
- Form set up / tear down
- Bed preparation
- Pulling Strand
- Finishing (painting / grouting)
- Yard product placement
- Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Other tasks as needed
Work Environment :
- Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures
- Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards
- Work in a noisy environment
Physical Requirements :
- Carrying / Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequently
- Carrying / Lifting >
40 Pounds occasionally
- Standing / Walking / Climbing
- Squatting / Crouching / Kneeling / Bending
- Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder
Experience & Qualifications :
- Experience working with concrete and concrete related equipment is beneficial
- Able to withstand working outdoors
- Must be able to bend and lift to 80 lbs. during a standard shift on a consistent basis
