Attending Physician (Elizabethtown)

Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking a board-certified internal or family medicine physician for a Monday - Friday opportunity near Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This role will provide primary care for patients in a hospital setting and will work closely with other medical providers and staff to ensure a high level of care and patient safety.

In this role, you will assess and diagnose patients through an admission history and physical exam, round on existing patients, evaluate patients for discharge, write orders, and update charting on each patient.

To qualify for this role, you will have :

• MD / DO from an accredited medical university.
• Active and unencumbered medical license to practice in Kentucky or obtain.
• Active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe in Kentucky or obtain.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
• At least two years of experience in a post-acute setting as a physician.
• Active BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, bedside manner, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday day schedule with occasional call.
