Overview
Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is a paid, 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom-style learning. Classroom training is conducted at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. When not in Dayton, trainees work with a Sales Mentor in the field, observe the sales process, and assist on calls. There is an expectation to travel with customer service and installation teams to gain product knowledge. During the training period, travel is expected 80-100% of the time.
Training and Role
After completing the training program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional. Relocation assistance to the new territory is provided by the company. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for achieving designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to both new and existing customers in your assigned territory. Reynolds products and services are targeted to the automotive industry and include high-end software solutions, marketing services, printed business forms, and promotional products.
