Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role involves auditing customer invoices, billing, crediting customer accounts, recording payments, and maintaining organized bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate will perform various AR duties and support management with additional tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and photocopy route reconciliations for mileage discrepancies.
• Distribute reports to management.
• Prepare and organize customer payments.
• Adjust customer accounts as necessary.
• Review and balance invoices from window sales.
• Process pick-ups on route reconciliations.
• Audit and verify customer invoices for accuracy.
• Scan and file digital records of invoices and signatures.
• Reconcile invoices and update totals on a computer terminal.
• Record customer payments received on deliveries.
• Match driver paperwork with payment sheets and balance totals.
• Mail credit memos and vendor checks.
• Organize and file customer application documents and paid invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
