How This Role Impacts Live Oak and its People

The Production Engineering role will provide technical expertise and guidance on triaging and troubleshooting production issues for the Bank's internal and vendor development projects.

What You'll Do at Live Oak

• You'll play a key role in ensuring critical issues are being resolved in a timely manner so Live Oak Bank can continue to operate.
• Regularly consume resources pertaining to the banking industry and Live Oak's business.
• Champion and support improvements to processes, tools, and practices utilized by your team.

The base pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate's salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
