As a regional account manager, your role revolves around managing client relationships, driving sales, and fostering business growth within your assigned region.
This entails understanding client needs, actively pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.

Requirements :
- 2+ years with selling legal services specifically in the court reporting space
- Must have an active book of business and an in-depth understanding of the legal landscape
- Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets in past roles
- Well versed within CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle and also experienced in the Microsoft suite
Top Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients : Regional Account Managers (RAMs) work closely with clients to understand their legal support needs and build strong relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identifying new business opportunities : RAMs are responsible for identifying potential new clients within their region and developing strategies to capture that business.
- Provide training and education to clients on the latest legal support technologies and best practices.
- Coordinating services : RAMs work with the operations team to coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that all services are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction : RAMs are responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services and resolving any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
- There is travel and is dependent upon region. All local / region based traveling
- Build relationships over in person meetings with litigators as well as virtual meetings
