What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Triage incoming Recruiting tickets, confirming scope and validating effortMonitor ticket progression across the Recruiting workstream for quality standards and timelinesServe as the functional domain leader, providing guidance and ongoing support to consultantsDevelop and deliver thought leadership content, including webinars and best practice materialsPartner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to proactively identify retention and growth opportunitiesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Active Workday Certification in Workday Recruiting5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant at the level of a subject matter expert5+ years of post-production support for Workday RecruitingProven ability to mentor and coach consultants, serving as a subject matter expertExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
