Exciting news! Soliant has teamed up with a school district to seek out an exceptionally talented and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive behavioral assessments to identify needs, strengths, and goals of students.
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
- Collaborate with families, faculty, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications :
- MUST hold a valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
